Choose the payment method that suits you. Payments are processed directly by the networks and providers listed below. This website does not see or store your card details.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed through Stripe.
- PayPal: use your PayPal account, or pay by card without an account.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: pay from your phone with a tap.
- Klarna: pay later or in instalments, subject to the terms Klarna displays when you choose this option.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. We do not add a surcharge for your chosen payment method.
When payment is taken
Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. We’ll then email you a confirmation and order summary. Please check that your delivery address and billing details are correct, and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
Refunds
If you exercise your right to cancel or a product is faulty, we’ll refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. There is no charge, and you do not need to provide bank details. If you paid with Klarna, the refund is processed through Klarna and your payment plan is adjusted accordingly.
Invoices
If you need an invoice, enter your billing details when ordering: Italian tax code, VAT number, SDI recipient code or certified email address (PEC), as applicable. If you have any questions, email info@eligendaroma.com.
