We deliver throughout Italy, with free delivery on every order and no minimum spend.

When your order will arrive

We prepare your order and hand it to the courier within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Delivery takes place within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Most parcels arrive sooner.

We’ll email you at each stage. You can also check your order status at any time in My account.

If your parcel is missing or damaged

If your parcel does not arrive within the stated time or arrives damaged, email info@eligendaroma.com and we’ll help. We remain responsible for any loss or damage in transit until you, or someone you have nominated, physically receives the parcel.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right to cancel, followed by another 14 days to send the products back. Returns are free too: we’ll send you a prepaid return label within one week of your request. See Returns and refunds for the full conditions.
